How Can I Pay?

We accept:

✔️ Visa, Mastercard and American Express (sorry - we don't currently accept Discovery).
✔️ Electronic Bank Transfer – get details from our reservations team

What To Expect After Booking

All tour bookings are confirmed by email.

Your email confirmation will include:

• Your booking reference number
• A helpful information pack
• Our Terms and Conditions

We can also send you copies of this confirmation by post, if required. Simply let us know.

We will be in contact with lots of relevant travel tips and information by email prior to your tour.

You can expect the following:

• A provisional booking email for up to 7 days through an email or phone booking
• 7 days later: a provisional booking expiry email
• When you have your deposit paid: a booking confirmation email
• 30 days before your departure date: Balance due email
• One week later (if still not paid): Balance payment reminder
• When your balance is paid: final booking confirmation email
• 21 days before your departure date: a booking voucher
