For guests who have completed tours in the past, a once-off invite will be issued via email.
For guests who are booked onto a future tour, once the tour is complete, the guest will be invited to join via email.
If chosen to join, guests will be asked to submit their email address and name on a web form hosted by Vagabond. Guests who signed up will then receive a personalised QR code that links to a signup form.
Guests can then share this form via QR code with friends, family and wider network of travel lovers. Once they opt-in by providing their full name and email address using the form, they become a referee.
When any one of the referees book a Vagabond or Driftwood tour, our system connects the booking to the referrer’s referral account. The referrer’s referrals are recorded as they happen to ensure fairness and accuracy.
