Find My Tour

Can you store insulin or refrigerated medication during the tour?

Guests are responsible for ensuring their own medication is stored safely throughout the tour, including insulin or any medication that needs temperature control.

If you are travelling with insulin or other temperature-sensitive medication, we strongly recommend bringing a dedicated travel cooling solution rather than relying on hotel fridges, freezers, or vehicle storage. A popular option is a FRÍO cooling wallet, which is activated with cold water and can keep in-use insulin cool for a minimum of around 45 hours, with no fridge or ice packs required.

Please speak with your doctor, pharmacist, or medication provider before travelling to confirm the correct storage requirements for your medication.

Our team and Hotel Staff will always try to help where possible, but we cannot take responsibility for storing, refrigerating, freezing, retrieving, or managing guests’ medication.
