Our scheduled departures feature set itineraries. While hotel stops each evening are fixed, daily activities are flexible.

Do I Book Skellig Michael Tour In Advance?

If youโ€™re a confirmed 12 Day Vagabond Giant Irish Adventure guest and you want to land on Skellig Michael island, you must pay the โ‚ฌ130 fee at least 60 days in advance of your tour departure date. If you haven't received a payment link, let us know: enquiries@vagabond.ie

The fee for the Skellig Michael Landing is non-refundable if you decide against the activity less than 60 days before your tour. If the landing is cancelled due to bad weather, a full refund will be made.

For this reason, when engaging in kayaking and horseback-riding activities, the following personal weight limits apply:

Male weight limit: 238lbs / 17 stone / 108kg

Female weight limit: 225lbs / 16 stone / 102kg

Per person Double Kayak weight limit: 110kg / 17.5 stone / 245lbs

Total Double Kayak weight limit for 2 guests: 190kg / 30 stone / 420lbs

Per person Single Kayak weight limit: 92kg / 14.5 stone / 200lbs.

If you would prefer to use them, please bring collapsible hiking poles that fit easily into your luggage.

Our tour vehicles come equipped with one spare set of hiking poles in case a guest requires them at short notice.

All other equipment required for optional adventure activities will be provided by our suppliers.
