How Fit Do I Need To Be For Vagabond & Driftwood Tours?

Vagabond Cultural Adventure Tours are centred around adventure activities.

We think you'll enjoy them if you're an active person with at least a moderate level of fitness.

More detail on Vagabond adventure activities:

  • Hikes on a Vagabond tour can last up to 2.5 hours on rough, uneven ground;
  • Sea kayaking lasts for up to 3 hours on the open ocean with real waves, wind and, sometimes, rain;
  • Cycling is on trails of undulating terrain and can last for 2.5 hours.

On a Driftwood Journey of Disovery, the pace is easier.

Driftwooders don't hike, they stroll!

People of a basic level of fitness will be fine.

Activities on both tour types are completely optional. Guests often choose to sit them out.
