All of our scheduled tour departures are currently operating as normal, and so your booking terms remain unchanged.
In the unlikely event that our tours are affected, we can assure you we will address this appropriately at the time.
Cancelling 60 days before your departure date means that deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another tour if the tour/date is known at the time of cancellation or can be placed on a Gift Card for future use.
For cancellations made less than 60 days before your departure date, deposit and balance payment are both non-refundable.
If the reason for your cancellation is covered by an insurance policy, you may be able to make a claim under that policy.
