The aim of I-STARS is to help tourism businesses based on islands to move further in their sustainability journey.

To this end, we are working alongside similar tourism SMEs based on offshore islands in Greece, Italy and Spain. Our collective development will be boosted with sustainable innovations.

This will be achieved through a tailored capacity- building programme as well as through a subgrant scheme.
