Fantastic tour
The tour guides are what make this tour fantastic. Well planned, scheduled, culture rich and beautiful locations. The size of tour was an asset to assure we weren’t waiting on people at stops.

Discover Ireland tour
Brendan was a fantastic guide and driver for our 11 day . His knowledge of the culture, history and places we toured was wonderful. He made sure we saw all the best sites offered along our drives with plenty of opportunities to eat, drink, shop, take photos and visit rest rooms. The accommodations were beyond compare and the huge breakfasts almost made lunch an afterthought. His recommendations for just about anything we could ask for were spot on and even the music he played on some of the longer drives between stops have become favorites of ours. The Belfast and Derry tours were especially thought provoking and I would encourage travelers to definitely take them. For our first taste of Ireland, we couldn’t ask for a better experience!

"SUPERLATIVE"

11 Day tour group having fun on the beach in Ireland

The accommodations ranged from excellent to downright luxurious. Even the van used for touring was extremely comfortable.

We visited all of the must see locations as you would expect but some of the highlights were the out of the way and lesser known locations selected by our tour guide Tim ...

Tim provided insight into his Irish history that can only be obtained from a guide dedicated to providing the best possible all-round experience ... He went out of his way to ensure that the individual wishes of each member of the tour were satisfied.

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

11 day tour group having fun in scenic Ireland

We made such great friends along the way. I credit a lot of this to our tour guide, Tomas who was so inclusive and encouraging to all.

I consider Vagabond the best choice because they are flexible and open to suggestions ... for example, Tomas helped arrange a rowing experience for us with short notice based on us just mentioning interest.

It was obvious that Vagabond's only goal is to make sure their customers have an excellent experience while visiting Ireland. Highly recommend!

"BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS"

11 day tour group with their vehicle and hotel in Ireland

From the moment of first contact until the end of our 11 Day Driftwood Tour, we received excellent customer service and quick to respond to inquiries.

Our tour guide, Tomás, was excellent. His humor and knowledge of the sites we visited kept our group entertained while traveling in the van.

Our van rides were comfortable and it was nice having Tomás expertly maneuver the roadways.

Can I Access My Bag While On Tour?

It's difficult to access your main luggage or suitcase while on tour. Luggage is securely packed in our tour vehicles. As a result, it's not easy for your driver guide to access individual items of baggage during the day.

However, you can easily access your luggage at each hotel. So that you have your travel essentials close at hand, we recommend bringing a daypack, or backpack, that you can keep beside you in the tour vehicle.
